Sensory yoga adventures
Introduce children to the calming and strengthening benefits of yoga through sensory play and imaginative stories. Our classes are designed to improve emotions, flexibility, coordination and mindfulness in a fun, accessible way. Classes include wonderful lighting and calming sounds.
Energetic dance and movement

Rhythm to music sessions

Creative storytelling workshops
